Metrology room

A climate-controlled room with two CMMs, a vision system, profile projectors and surface-finish gauges. Every new tool is signed off here against your drawing, and capability studies are run on the dimensions you nominate as critical.

What happens to a shot before it ships

01

First-off approval

Every setup starts with a first-off part checked against the control plan before the run is released.

02

In-process checks

Operators gauge to a set frequency; cavity-pressure and part weight are logged for each cycle.

03

Final & CMM

AQL sampling at final, with periodic full CMM layouts on critical dimensions.

04

Release with paperwork

Parts ship with a certificate of conformance, and PPAP or ISIR where the programme calls for it.

Have a part to quote?

Send us a drawing and a volume. We'll send back a plan.

A quote covers the tool, the part price at your volume, the lead time and the DFM changes we'd recommend. No obligation, and your files stay under NDA.
