About
Twenty-one years at the press
A Penang works that grew from two moulding machines to every process in the chain — still run by engineers.

Our story
Two decades of moulding, run by engineers
Meridian Polymer Works began in 2004 with two moulding machines in a rented unit in Bayan Lepas, taking overflow work from the Penang electronics cluster. What set it apart was simple: engineers on the floor who could read a drawing and fix a mould, not just run a press.
Twenty-one years on, the works spans three moulding halls, an in-house tool room and an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, supplying E&E, medical, automotive and packaging OEMs across Malaysia and fourteen export markets. The principle has not changed — one accountable supplier, from mould to inspected part.
From the Managing Director
“We would rather turn a job down than take one we cannot hold to spec. That discipline is why customers who came for one part stayed for their whole programme.”
