What we do
Every process from mould to inspected part
One accountable supplier for the whole job — we cut the mould, run the press and sign off the dimensions, so nothing falls between vendors.

Injection moulding
Presses from 50 to 650 tonne

01 · Injection moulding
Presses from 50 to 650 tonne
Forty-two moulding machines across three halls run engineering and commodity resins — PA, PC, ABS, POM, PBT, PP and glass-filled grades — with material drying, gravimetric dosing and process monitoring on every shot.

02 · Tooling
In-house mould design & toolmaking
Our tool room designs, cuts and trials moulds under one roof — CNC machining, EDM and polishing — so lead times and mould revisions stay in our control, not a third party's queue.

03 · Cleanroom
Cleanroom moulding & assembly
An ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom for medical and optical parts — moulding, insert and overmoulding, ultrasonic welding and assembly, all within a controlled, traceable environment.

04 · Quality
Metrology & full inspection
CMM and vision measurement, first-article inspection to your drawing and in-line SPC — with certificates of conformance that travel with every shipment.

How a job runs
From your drawing to a shipped, inspected part
A single project engineer owns your programme end to end, so you always know where the job stands.

Enquiry & DFM review
Send a drawing or a sample. Our engineers review it for mouldability — wall sections, draft, gate and material — and come back with a costed quote, usually within two working days.

Tooling & first-off
We design and cut the mould in-house, then trial it and present first-article samples with a full dimensional report for your sign-off before any volume is committed.

Validated production
Approved tools move to a monitored production cell — automated where volume warrants — running to a control plan with process data captured on every shot.

Inspection & traceability
In-line SPC plus CMM and vision checks against your drawing. Every lot ships with a certificate of conformance and full material traceability.

Finishing & delivery
Pad printing, assembly and packing to your spec, then scheduled or kanban delivery across Malaysia and to 14 export markets — on the dates the line needs them.

What buyers say
The suppliers behind their supply chains
Northwind Diagnostics
Medical devices
“Their cleanroom and ISO 13485 discipline meant our analyser housings passed audit first time. Documentation is faultless and the parts are dimensionally boring — exactly what we want.”
Dr. Lim Wei Sheng · Head of Manufacturing
Selat Mobility
Automotive
“We moved a glass-filled nylon connector to Meridian after distortion problems elsewhere. They re-cut the gating, held the tolerance and have run 1.8 million parts without a reject.”
Faridah Osman · Supplier Quality Engineer
Kirana Home
Consumer appliances
“From bezel tooling to pad-printed, packed product, they carry the whole job. Our launch dates have never slipped because of a moulding issue.”

Before you enquire
The questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the part and tool, but we run programmes from a few thousand pieces to tens of millions a year. For low-volume or bridge work we also offer aluminium and bridge tooling.
How fast is tooling?
Typical mould lead time is 5–8 weeks depending on complexity and cavitation, with first-article samples for your sign-off before volume. Bridge tools can be faster.
Which materials do you mould?
Engineering and commodity resins — PA (incl. glass-filled), PC, ABS, PC/ABS, POM, PBT, PP, TPE and medical grades — plus insert and overmoulding with metal components.
What tolerances can you hold?
General tolerances to ISO 20457/DIN 16742; we routinely hold ±0.02 mm on critical features on the right material and tool, verified by CMM.
Are you certified for medical work?
Yes — we are ISO 13485 certified and mould medical parts in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, with full traceability and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ on request).
Do you export?
We ship to 14 markets across ASEAN, Australia, Europe and North America, and can support consignment, kanban and scheduled delivery for both local and export customers.
