Before you ask
- What happens if I go over a limit?
- We talk to you. Nothing is switched off and no sale is blocked. If you outgrow a limit we agree what to do next — there is no automatic charge and no surprise.
- Who owns the domain name?
- You do. It is registered in your name. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Money from your customers goes straight to your own bank account. We are never in the middle of it.
- Can I start with just the website?
- Yes, and most people do. Selling and teaching can be switched on later without rebuilding anything or moving to a different product.
- Can I leave?
- Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
