What we make
One works, every process in the chain
Sheet-metal and machined parts taken from raw stock to finished, inspected assembly — so a single purchase order covers the whole job, not six suppliers.
Fibre-laser cutting
6 kW, up to 20 mm mild steel
Two 6,000 W fibre-laser cells cut mild steel, stainless and aluminium to ±0.1 mm, nesting your DXFs overnight for next-day forming.
See cuttingCNC bending & machining
CNC press brakes · 3-axis mills
Amada press brakes and a 3-axis machining cell form, drill and mill to print — with fixtures we design in-house for repeatable volume runs.
See formingWelding & fabrication
MIG · TIG · spot · robotic
Coded welders and a robotic MIG cell join structural and precision assemblies, with weld maps and traceability on every certified joint.
See weldingPowder-coating & plating
In-line pretreatment + oven
A seven-stage pretreatment line and powder booth finish parts in RAL colours; plating and anodising are handled through vetted partners.
See finishingCMM inspection
First-article + in-process
A climate-controlled metrology room runs CMM and optical inspection, issuing a full first-article report (PPAP on request) before volume release.

Mechanical + light electro-mech
We assemble, fasten and kit finished modules to your BOM, shipping line-ready packs so your team fits, not fabricates.

The numbers a buyer plans a line around
“They hit ±0.1 mm across a 40,000-piece run and delivered every batch on the promised date. Our line never waited on Waja Murni.”
Procurement Lead, tier-1 automotive supplier
Laser, forming, welding, finishing, CMM and assembly — 6,500 m² in Shah Alam.
How an order runs
From RFQ to loading dock
One project engineer owns your job from the first drawing to the packed pallet, so nothing is lost in a hand-off between departments.
- 01
Enquiry & quote
Send drawings or a sample. We review manufacturability and return a costed quote — with material, tolerance and lead time — usually within two working days.
- 02
Tooling & first article
We design fixtures, program the machines and cut a first article. You approve the FAI report before a single volume part is made.
- 03
Production
Nested cutting, forming, welding and finishing run to a scheduled build, with in-process checks logged against each batch.
- 04
Quality assurance
CMM and optical inspection verify critical dimensions; parts outside tolerance never reach your dock. Certificates travel with the goods.
- 05
Delivery
Line-ready packing, labelled to your BOM, shipped by our logistics partners across Malaysia and to export ports — on the promised date.

Procurement teams who re-order
We moved four suppliers' worth of sheet-metal work to Waja Murni and our reject rate halved. The first-article discipline is the real difference.
Faizal Rahman
Supply Chain Manager, Automotive tier-1, Rawang
They quoted a tricky stainless enclosure in two days and hit the tolerance on the first run. That almost never happens.
Angeline Teo
Head of Procurement, Electronics OEM, Penang FTZ
Powder-coat finish is showroom-grade and the packing arrives line-ready. Our assembly team just fits the parts.
Dinesh Kumar
Operations Director, F&B equipment maker, Senai
Lead times we can plan around. In three years they have missed a delivery date once, and told us a week ahead.
Norhayati Salleh
Plant Buyer, Consumer appliances, Shah Alam
The CMM reports let our QA sign off incoming goods without re-inspecting. It saves us days every month.
Marcus Lim
Quality Manager, Medical devices, Bayan Lepas
From prototype to 30,000-piece volume with the same engineer on the phone the whole way. Genuinely a partner, not a vendor.
Ravi Chandran
Founder, Industrial startup, Cyberjaya

Before you send an RFQ
The questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no hard MOQ. We run prototype batches from a single piece and volume programmes into the hundreds of thousands. Below about 50 pieces the setup cost simply carries more of the per-part price, which we show clearly in the quote.
How fast can I get a quote?
Send a STEP, DXF or PDF drawing and we return a costed quote — material, tolerance, finish and lead time — usually within two working days. Complex assemblies with tooling can take a little longer.
Can you work from a physical sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. We reverse-engineer from a sample, produce a drawing for your approval, then quote and manufacture against it.
