Quick answers
How long from booking to keys?
For a completed or near-complete unit, weeks. For an under-construction launch, the SPA states a firm vacant-possession date — typically 30 to 42 months — and we build to it.
Which banks finance your projects?
All our launches are on the panel of the major local banks — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong among them — and our sales team helps you compare end-financing.
Are the developments freehold or leasehold?
It varies by site and is stated clearly on every project page and in the SPA. Riveredge and Serai Damansara are freehold; Meridian Business Park sits on a 99-year lease.
How do bumiputera lots and discounts work?
Each project has a state-mandated bumiputera quota and discount. We handle the allocation and the release of unsold bumi lots transparently — ask us for the current status.
What happens if there are defects at handover?
Every unit is covered by the statutory defect-liability period. Our care team logs, tracks and rectifies defects at no cost to you, with a joint inspection before and after.
Can I buy as a foreigner or through a company?
Yes, subject to the state's minimum purchase price for foreign buyers and the usual approvals. We can also structure a purchase through a Malaysian company — our legal panel advises.
