Every process, one supplier

From raw bar and sheet to a finished, inspected and assembled unit — the machines, materials and tolerances a procurement engineer needs to see.

What we make

One supplier from raw bar to inspected, assembled unit

Machining, forming, finishing and assembly under one roof — so tolerances stack once, quality is owned by one team, and nothing waits in a queue between vendors.

5-axis & multi-axis CNC machining

Mill-turn and 5-axis cells cut aluminium, stainless, titanium, copper and engineering plastics from bar and billet — prototypes through repeat production, held and verified to ±0.01 mm on critical features.

±0.01 mm

Precision sheet metal

Fibre-laser cutting, CNC punching and press-brake forming for enclosures, chassis and brackets, with PEM hardware and weld or rivet assembly.

to 6 mm

Mechanical sub-assembly

Kitted, torque-controlled build of modules and jigs to your BOM, with serial records and functional checks before despatch.

Finishing & treatment

Managed anodising, alodine, passivation, plating, bead-blast, powder-coat and laser marking through qualified partners, tracked on the job traveller.

In-house metrology

CMM, vision and surface measurement with first-article inspection to AS9102 format and full dimensional reports on request.

AS9102

Programme delivery

Scheduled and kanban call-offs, buffer stock against blanket orders and export packing for shipments to the US, EU, Japan and Singapore.

How a job runs

From your model to an inspected part on the dock

One programme engineer owns your job from RFQ to despatch, so you always know exactly where it stands.

Enquiry & DFM

Send a STEP model or drawing. We review it for manufacturability — material, features, datums, finish — and flag anything that would add cost or risk.

Quotation

A costed quote with lead time, usually within two working days, and unit-price breaks so you can see where a larger batch changes the number.

Tooling & first article

We program the job, prove it on a first-off article and issue an AS9102-format first-article report for your sign-off before any batch runs.

Production

Approved jobs run to a traveller with SPC on key features, coolant and tool-life control, and a single engineer accountable for the schedule.

Inspection & QA

CMM and vision measurement against your drawing, a certificate of conformance and material traceability with mill certs where the job calls for them.

Finishing & delivery

Managed treatment and marking, protective packing for the finish, and delivery on schedule or by kanban across Malaysia and to export markets.

Request a quote

Send us a model. We'll send back a plan.

Material, tolerance, finish and lead time — usually within two working days. You'll deal with an engineer who can scope the job, not a form.
